The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city center.

One minor issue was the lack of an ashtray on the balcony, and the creaky frame of the bed. However, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Amazing base for exploring Novara. Overall - quiet and quiet little place with excellent staff who even picked us up at the station and arranged a restaurant for dinner at our request.
